What to have ready

• Your child’s original birth certificate (we’ll make a copy for our records)
• Health records and immunization verification
• For kindergartners: the free vision & hearing screening from the Bay County Health Department (call the office for dates)
• The one-time registration fee ($250 per student — covers books, technology & athletics)
